The first in a two-part public art commission from the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, this adapts After Ghostcatching to two site-specific installations. It puts a one-minute 2D excerpt onto the enormous LED Oculus outside the main entrance to the arena, visible not only to pedestrians and drivers on the street beyond but also to subway riders as they emerge from Atlantic Station.
At a second site indoors, the full piece is re-adapted for five 2D monitors, where the scenes ripple and flow across the screens in unexpected ways.
